They can range from a quartet or as many as 8 people depending on the event or venue. you can catch them rocking out at breweries, waterfront bars, private events, and regional festivals. They continually deliver something for everyone. . BB's soulful voice and emotional interpretations of your favorites are complimented by the extremely talented players around her.

How It All Started
In March of 2020 all the gigs BB, Barbara Bouboutsis had on the horizon were suddenly cancelled due to the pandemic. She dove into her music and began doing virtual live concerts every Saturday night. BB had been singing her whole life but with no bandmates to jam with sheer desperation led her to trying to figure out the piano. Every wee
In March of 2020 all the gigs BB, Barbara Bouboutsis had on the horizon were suddenly cancelled due to the pandemic. She dove into her music and began doing virtual live concerts every Saturday night. BB had been singing her whole life but with no bandmates to jam with sheer desperation led her to trying to figure out the piano. Every week people would suggest songs and consequently much of her eclectic set list was built. First bassist and former bandmate Martin Monahan reached out and together they would virtually perform. Bit by bit other bandmates also expressed interest and just like that BB & the Honey was born on the back porch.
